  1. Order Processing

As soon as you place the order, an order confirmation will be sent to you by email. This means that we have received your order and payment. As soon as we receive your order, we will automatically contact our warehouse to confirm that the product is in stock and available for immediate dispatch.

On rare occasions when the product is behind schedule or not available, we will contact you immediately and ask if you would like to wait for the product to become available or for your payment to be refunded.

If the article is ready for dispatch immediately (1-3 working days), we will forward the order for processing and arrange for the shipment. If the item title indicates a pre-order for your country, your order is a pre-order. The pre-order will be sent within 2 weeks of the order.

Niello reserves the right to inform you of any additional shipping costs required to deliver your order. You will be informed of any additional costs required to deliver your order. Additional shipping costs are determined by the carrier and the products you wish to purchase. We will also inform you of the exact shipping costs by post.

You have the right to change or cancel your order for a full refund after notified.

  1. Shipment Tracking

The tracking number for the order is sent to the email address provided 36 business hours after the order is processed. And you can check the updated status when you log into your account. Also, we will email you later to track the delivery time and remind you to pick up the package in time if any unexpected situation arises. So please make sure your mailbox and phone are available and take care of your order within 7 days. So you don't miss any news about the package.

If you need to change your order after payment is complete, please contact us at the first time if you notice. We will reply you as soon as possible and do our best to correct it. Please understand that if the item has been shipped from the warehouse, the change may not be successful or there may be time and cost increases.

  1. Did not receive the "delivered" package

If your tracking number is shown on the shipping company's website but you don't have it, please do the following:

  • Check the area around your home for the package and ask anyone who might have it left with.
  • If the package is not found, please call the shipping company directly to report a missing package so that you can get the logistics information as quickly as possible.

Niello cannot be held responsible for packages stolen from the delivery address so please make sure you ship to a safe place! If the items are lost, it will take us at least 30 days to investigate. There are rare and unforeseen events beyond our control that can affect delivery times. Storms, catastrophic events or failures of our delivery partners can lead to unexpected delays. Most carriers do not ship to PO boxes. If you enter a PO box as the delivery address, we may have to contact you about an alternative delivery address. Please note that an international order may still incur taxes or duties for which you are responsible.
